Pratapgarh : Anger Erupted Over The Death Of Two Real Sisters: On Wednesday, public anger erupted over the non-disclosure of the incident when the bodies of the real sisters were found in the Sai River in Sangipur area. People along the BSP leaders took to the road to demand a magisterial inquiry into the matter and blocked the Ashtabhanganagar turn with family members. People also protested for four hours demanding protection and financial assistance to the victim’s family. On the SDM’s assurance of all possible help, the people agreed to withdraw from the road. During this, the road to the city Pratapgarh and the city was blocked.

The bodies of Shivangi and Anjali, daughter of Subhash Rao, a resident of Chakbanat of Nagar Kotwali, were found on Tuesday morning in the Saye river at Kumbapur Ghat in Sangipur. The body of the two sisters was cremated at Rasulabad Ghat Prayagraj after midnight on the persuasion of police officers including Sadar MLA Rajkumar Pal.

Angered by the police action in the deaths of both sisters on Wednesday afternoon, Chalo reached the village, Bahujan Mukti Morcha and BSP leader Chakbanatod. After interacting with the family, he jammed the Ashtabhushanagar turn with a large number of people gathered. People started demanding a magisterial inquiry into the incident, financial assistance of 50 lakh to the family, arms license for security, two bighas of land and housing.

Police officers tried to convince everyone, but they did not agree. A large number of policemen including CO City Abhay Pandey, CO Lalganj Rameshchandra reached the spot. SDM Sadar Vijaypal Singh, who arrived about four hours later, assured that an effort would be made to meet his demands, after which people ended the jam.

Everyone appeared angry with the police and Sadar MLA Rajkumar Pal. People were angry about why the dead bodies were cremated at night under pressure.

The identity of the person is already known between Subhash Rao, the father of the deceased sisters and Suresh, the mobile shopkeeper of Lalganj. The police team is constantly questioning Suresh. After scrutinizing the mobile numbers of both, important clues are on hand.
